T Sullivan Engineering played a key role in helping Willmott Dixon complete the new Archbishop Blanch School in Liverpool, which was part of the Schools for the Future Programme. Our involvement included providing numerous secondary steelwork items, along with handrails for the four stair cores, balustrades around the atriums, a plant access staircase to the roof, and handrails for the breakout areas and outdoor educational spaces.
The £16 million, three-story building offers a state-of-the-art facility for pupils, featuring a solar-panelled roof, a synthetic astroturf hockey pitch, and theatre recording and dance studios. All works were completed on time, allowing staff and pupils to take possession of the building in September 2015.
This project marked our first contract with Willmott Dixon, and thanks to its successful completion, we secured and commenced work on our second contract in Yorkshire, contributing to the Farsley Joint Schools Project.
This project is a testament to T Sullivan Engineering’s commitment to delivering quality, timely steel solutions on high-profile educational developments.
