Delivery

We offer shipping up to 35 miles from our yard. Under the below ranges. All prices are Ex VAT.

0-15 miles is £20
15 – 20 miles is £60
21 – 35 miles is £90

Please contact our office to discuss deliveries over 35 miles.

Pick Up
We also offer a pick up service, where you can collect your steel from us. Simply order online, you will get a email notification once your steels are ready for collection.

Delivery
To enable a safe delivery, the customer must be able to provide suitable mechanical lifting equipment, such as a crane or forklift, or in the absence of these, have enough man power on site at the time of delivery.

Do I need to be present to accept delivery?
Yes. It is your responsibility to arrange for safe offloading of the goods, our vehicles do not have cranes and the driver will not be able to assist. It is important to consider this when placing orders as failure to provide adequate means offloading may mean you are required to cover the cost of the delivery.

Returns
As our steels are cut to size, we DO NOT offer any returns, all measurements made by customers are final.
